Customs problems in Turkey

The Turkish customs authorities have, without warning, shut down the entire customs computer system on 01.02.2011 due to maintenance. Only today, 04.02, they have been re-opened.
This has caused massive waiting lines and delays for all cargo to and from Turkey.
We apologize for the delays, but it is out of our control.
