Rise in German Road Tax (MAUT) pending

The German government is in the process of raising the rates for the MAUT tax (road tax), and this is planned to take effect on 01.01.09. It is as of yet unknown how much the rate will rise, but there is no doubt that it will rise. We shall update this site with the new rates as soon as they become available.
